This procedures shows removal and installation of the upper arm ball joint.

Remove the upper arm.

Remove the dust seal.   Remove the seal retainer.   Remove the circlip.

Using the special tools, remove the ball joint.

: Make sure the timing marks are aligned. Using the special tools, install the ball joint.

.

: Circlip holes to be 90 degrees rotated from timing marks. Install the circlip.

.

Install the upper arm.
